A: We can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out.

A: We do not accept credit cards. Please pay in cash.

A: There are a couple of things to check:
1) Is your email address correct?
Please check if you received an automatic reply email after submitting the form. Also, check your spam or junk folder.
2) Are you blocking emails from us?
Please adjust your email settings to receive emails from us. We will reply from the following email address: admin@sakuragh.com or yoipitian@gmail.com
